We are pleased to provide this information on our Instrument Monetization Program. We are proud to represent one of only a few companies in the world that has a verifiable lending source, ready, willing, and able to lend funds against legitimate cash backed bank instruments such as BG’s CD’s, SBLC’s, LC’s Cash Accounts, SKR’s etc. Loans range from a maximum loan to value of 80% downward, (depending mostly on the standing of the bank) and an approximate interest rate of five percent (5%), interest only for up to a 5 year term. We can fund loan amounts from $10,000,000.00 USD or in Euro and up.
In order for qualified investors to participate in this program, there is a very simple, yet strict protocol to follow. Using this and only this protocol will result in a satisfactory conclusion for the client and our Lender. If there is any deviation from this protocol it will result in our refusal to lend on this project.
Listed below are the steps of the program.
1. Client submits a completed CIS package and includes a copy of the instrument, or instrument language.
2. Within 48 hours of submission, we will return our findings in written form, with terms and conditions of the loan, plus other important documents.
3. If the terms and conditions are accepted by the client, we will expect the signed term sheet, instrument assignment and promissory note returned to us, along with a timetable from the clients bank as to when that bank will issue an MT799 (pre-advice message) to our bank.
4. In that message the client’s bank will request from our bank a return message telling them they are ready to receive the MT760, while at the same time the loan source will send a disbursement schedule of funds to the client.
5. Our bank will then expect within twenty four (24) hours of sending back the request, the MT760 from the client’s bank.
6. As soon as the instrument is received, it will take our bank about 48 hours to verify the authenticity of the MT760, and upon completing the verification, will start the process of funding the loan.
7. Actual funding of the instrument will take anywhere from 5 to 10 business days from receipt and approval of the MT760.
As long as the client follows these guidelines, funding will occur in a timely manner and the process should proceed per the outline above. If the client is not willing to follow these guidelines, we wish them well in their endeavors with finding a source for their instrument loans.

For us to loan or monetize a bank instrument we will need a copy of the Bank Instrument emailed to us and the CIS packaged completed and emailed to us. The CIS package may be accessed here:
